For process plants to gain maximum benefit from the use of analysers, laboratory or in the plant it is essential to keep the instrument in optimum working condition. Micron staff are factory-trained and equipped to maintain the equipment we supply.
New applications for the analysers may be identified and our experience will enable us to assist you in implementing new procedures.
Site trials, consultation and custom projects
Micron have equipment available to install in your plant for trials or consultation work. By using our consultation services we can demonstrate the suitability and effectiveness of a technology and gain an understanding of how real time data can assist with optimising your process. A report is generated as part of the consultation and can be used to motivate capital expenditure. Any concerns about the operation and effectiveness of the technology can be addressed on site, while the potential for process efficiency gains can be explored.
Onsite particle size analysis application training
Staff turnover can be a headache. Contact us to train your new staff members or to give existing staff a refresher course.
Micron staff have many years experience working with different applications relating to materials and particle sizing instrumentation and can share this knowledge with your staff through onsite training. Both theoretical and practical training will be provided.
Equipment rental
Micron have equipment available for short or long term rentals.
Blast fragmentation analysis using WipFrag software
This service is available to drill and blast engineers that do not have fragmentation analysis software and wish to optimise fragmentation. Muck pile images can be emailed to us for analysis and result reporting.
