Control Cement Additives

The carbon sulphur analyser is an online, automated instrument with integrated sample preparation, measurement and waste removal. Up to 3 sampling points can be controlled by the same analyser. The output information is used to control cement mill additives and thus stabilize cement composition. The instrumentation is used to regulate the SO3 rate in clinker or the calcination degree of the hot meal at optimum level.

The carbon sulphur analyser is easy to install either on site or in an automated laboratory.
